Pumpkin Spice Season Rules

This past weekend, I visited my wonderful friend, E.O. Connors. It's always a good time, catching up, watching scary movies, and talking shop. Her friend, who also happens to have the same first name, baked me a pumpkin spice whoopie pie.

I have a fascination with whoopie pies, because they are one of two things I cannot seem to make correctly. (Sourdough bread is the other.)

Whoopie pies are considered a traditional Pennsylvania Dutch treat. They have an entire Amish-run stand at the local farmers' market dedicated to selling only various kinds of them. I know that pumpkin spice ones are available because, last year, I think we bought the entire stand out.

I decided to take next Tuesday off, so I can go buy some more. Let Pumpkin Spice Season begin!

No-Bake Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pudding

I promise this pudding is super duper easy to make, and it has all the ingredients to satisfy your pumpkin spice cravings.

My friend and I drank copious amounts of Korean tea, which was just as delicious as my Korean Retinol Tea, but perhaps not as healthy for us.

I finally got around to making some pumpkin spice coffee creamer. Tbh, you can add as much pumpkin puree and pumpkin spices as you want. But you should give it a good blend before adding it to your java.
